Over the years, this exposure provided me a strong foundation and principles in dealing with different aspects of investment properties. At present, my main focus has been primarily in the Los Angeles area. Projects outside the area are not out of my reach. My real estate career began over 18 years ago in a small boutique office in Venice, California. Initially real estate was all encompassing working with commercial, office multi-family, retail, industrial and with emphasis on sales and leasing.
