David P. Newman is the Executive Director of Client Solutions for Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite. His vast professional and educational experience provides an unprecedented skill set to his clients and fellow team members. During his career, David orchestrated the leasing, financing, planning and build-out for a multitude of projects consisting of over 500,000 square feet of Class A office, university classrooms, secure cyber facilities & supporting retail amenities. David excels in interacting directly with decision makers, legal counsel and key stakeholders on drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of complex and interrelated legal documents. David understands performance projections, budget forecasts and detailed reports that are essential for CEO's, CFO's, and all members of the management team. He directly supported landowners on securing, managing and releasing development loans with large lending institutions. His involvement in the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. communities has enabled him to work in collaboration with some of the world's largest defense and technology companies, serve on the Board of Directors in a leading association for commercial real estate professionals, and volunteer for a multitude of non-profit organizations.
